The collection and digitization of traveler invoices from hotels, matching Level 3 data* to the original transaction, providing insights to customers. This includes data for both transient and long stay accommodation booking.
Meet
The collection and verification of invoices from hotels generated for large groups, including room charges, food and beverage services, and other related activities and taxes. The invoice data is then matched back to the original quotation generated by the meeting booking system.
Drive
The collection and checking of invoices against rental car payments based on RateGrids, claim unauthorized payments, reimbursement, issue resolution and comparing the final charges on the invoice with what has been contracted by the corporate client.
